Navy Yard Barrel Proof American Rum: A tribute to its profound rum distilling legacy. Crafted in the authentic New England tradition, this rum is derived from 100% molasses and undergoes a meticulous double distillation process. Aged to perfection in 53-gallon new American oak barrels, it captures the very essence of the rum relished on the ships, savored on farms, and celebrated in the taverns of early America. With its robust profile, Navy Yard Rum is the ideal companion for a fireside evening, a chilled drink on the rocks, or as the foundational spirit to lend depth and vigor to classic cocktails like the rum old fashioned or daiquiri.

In a Daiquiri: Adds power, velvet texture, and deep bass notes of pastry, brown butter, custard, apricot marmalade, hazelnut, and dried figs.
Cane Type: 100% grade A molasses
Aging: Minimum 2 years, 53 gallon 100% new American oak barrels
