Since 2003, Allendale Ultrasonics has been providing ultrasonic cleaners to both hobbyists and industrial sectors. This is a specialized solution designed to be added to ultrasonic baths for cleaning engine components like carburettors and valves. It effectively removes contaminants such as general dirt, carbon, and grease without damaging, corroding, or darkening metal parts. Safe for use on brass, aluminum, and other sensitive metals, the concentrate is mixed with water at a ratio of 1:10 (deionized or de-mineralized water recommended). The bath's operating temperature should be set between 50-80 degrees Celsius. Always test on new applications before use, and rinse surfaces thoroughly with clean water after cleaning. Replace the bath solution when it becomes dirty. This deep cleaning solution is ideal for stain removal and eliminating dirt and oxidation, safe for most metals with proper testing. Suitable for both professional and hobbyist use.
