This vintage Greek embroidered runner feels like a love letter to symmetry and symbolism. Bold vase-like motifs, filled with colorful crisscross patterns, anchor each end of the linen base—surrounded by delicate florals and framed by a festive border in ruby, turquoise, and olive. The overall effect is playful yet precise, bringing a handmade brightness to any surface it graces. Perfect for layering on a kitchen table, console, or sideboard where tradition meets cheerful design. It brings with it the spirit of shared meals, quiet mornings, and stories woven into cloth.
As each piece was painstakingly handmade on a loom, there can be natural defects, as well as minor signs of age, appropriate to its provenance and past use, which we find quite beautiful, adding to its soul.
