How to Feed

Keep frozen. Thaw blocks in the refrigerator and serve raw, or frozen for extra cognitive benefit. Do not cook. Feed to maintain ideal body condition. Always provide fresh water. Wash hands, bowls, and surfaces after handling.

Pro tip: Thaw a day’s worth of blocks in a covered container for grab-and-go meals; rotate proteins through the week to keep bowls exciting.
