Amazfit Helio Strap

You're pushing hard in training but still guessing if you're actually recovered enough to go again. Here's what most athletes don't realize: the gap between workouts is where you actually get faster, stronger, and fitter—but only if you're tracking the right data 24/7.

The Amazfit Helio Strap is the world's first fitness band built specifically for athletes who train hard across multiple disciplines, with dedicated HYROX Race Mode that tracks every station split and transition.

What Makes It Different:

24/7 Recovery Intelligence You Can Actually Use Continuous heart rate variability, blood oxygen, stress monitoring, and BioCharge energy levels tell you exactly when to push and when to back off. The BioTracker 6.0 sensor—the same tech trusted by HYROX's Elite 15—captures data even when your smartwatch is off.

Automatic Strength Training Recognition Forget manually logging reps. The Helio Strap automatically recognizes 25 strength movements including squats, deadlifts, and burpees, tracking your sets, reps, and rest periods while you focus on lifting.

Post-Workout Metrics That Actually Matter Get instant access to VO2 max, training load, training effect, and recovery time after every session. No guesswork, no subscription fees—just the data you need to train smarter through the free Zepp App.

The science is simple but powerful. The BioTracker 6.0 PPG sensor uses five photodiodes and two LEDs to measure your heart's electrical activity through your skin, capturing changes in blood flow that reveal your body's real-time stress response and recovery status. That data feeds algorithms that calculate everything from sleep quality to training readiness, giving you a complete picture of your fitness beyond just heart rate.

How to Use: Wear it 24/7 for continuous monitoring—the 10-day battery life means you charge it once every week and a half, not every night. Start any of the 28 sports modes through the Zepp App to track your workout, or let it automatically detect when you're strength training. Sync with Strava, TrainingPeaks, or your favorite training platform to see all your data in one place.

HYROX's Elite 15 athletes—the world's fastest fitness racers—rely on the Helio Strap to manage training volume during race prep. When Hunter McIntyre (53:22 world record holder) and the top competitors need precision data that doesn't quit, this is what's on their wrists.

This isn't just another fitness band. This is your training partner that never sleeps, never guesses, and never needs a subscription to tell you the truth about your recovery.
