The Navigator, known as a powder-annihilating favorite of the CAPiTA collection is again available in a factory-direct split. This side-country slayer will help unlock worlds of new terrain out of bounds or access a skin up your favorite resort line when uphill travel is allowed. This series provides lightweight, controlled ascents with camber underfoot, and endless float and smooth turns on the descent thanks to its sinking tapered tail and parabolic sidecut. The Navigator Split is a value-drive tool for unlocking endless pow stashes and epic-level experiences. This series combines incredible performance with its Ascend 2 Split Core™, Technora™ Flax Boosters and a new HyperDrive™ base while its value is unmatched as it comes factory direct with Union Expedition Skins by Montana™ and Union Pro Clips and Hooks.

Construction

• Topsheet: PLT Topsheet Technology™ — Exclusive to CAPiTA MFG, magically bonds the topsheet to an already pressed snowboard. This produces a featherlight, smooth, high-gloss finish, without using any solvents or toxic lacquers in finishing.
• Glass + Resin: HOLYSHEET™ Tri/Tri + Magic Bean™ Resin — HOLYSHEET™ Fiberglass configuration features fiber weaves with a high tensile strength and low modulus of elasticity. With a higher roving count in the same weight of glass, you can have a stronger and more responsive board without adding extra weight.
• Core: 3D Ascend 2 Split Core™ — Premium weight-graded Poplar aligned with Paulownia and an ABS centerline resulting in a high-end split specific core. This core retains the primary poppiness of Poplar while remaining lightweight due to pressure-bonded dual-species wood core strips.
• Additives: Technora™ Flax Boosters — With an excellent tensile strength and fatigue resistance, TECHNORA™ is an aramid fiber that functions as a shock absorber and energy source when integrated into a snowboard construction layup. We have interwoven TECHNORA™ with an extremely lightweight and all-natural Flax fiber to invigorate every construction combination for maximum turning and ollie power.
• Base: HyperDrive™ Base — Exclusively formulated, sintered, ultra-high molecular weight, ultra-high density polyethylene, custom engineered with special additives. Rated for the most depraved speed junkies ONLY.
