- 2 ICING SPATULAS: Included are two stainless steel cake spatulas, one offset and one straight. Use both the offset or straight icing spatula for smoothing and spreading frosting, and crumb coating.
- 3 ICING SCRAPER SMOOTHERS: Included are three Icing smoothers, two with straight edges and one comb edge. The straight scrapers allow you to perfectly smooth the sides of your cakes and create sharp, well defined edges and corners. The comb scraper is double sided with two different comb sizes, and allows you to add texture and patterns to your cake icing.
- CAKE STAND TURNTABLE: The cake stand measures 11 inches in diameter and 3 inches tall, and it can be disassembled for easy cleaning. The top surface of the turntable stand is indexed at multiple sizes for different sized cakes for precise cake positioning.
